Service 02 · E-commerce

Serious e-commerce on WooCommerce.

Stores that have to sell, not just look pretty in a portfolio. Built on WooCommerce with custom plugins where the market falls short, real integrations with your ERP or CRM, and proper multilingual without shortcuts.

02 · What we do

WooCommerce isn't the answer to everything, but it is the answer for most B2C and mid-sized B2B projects where the client wants control of the store and not to be locked into an eternal Shopify Plus or BigCommerce subscription. I know how to set it up well, I know its real traps (performance, mixed VAT, extreme variations, multilingual) and I have my own plugins I reuse when they help.

A big chunk of the work is what happens after checkout: integration with the client's ERP to sync stock and prices, custom messaging by SKU, custom columns in the orders panel, simple-to-variable converters that respect WPML, CSV importers that parse nested quotes properly. Things that look small until you don't have them and one Friday someone tells you the catalogue of 4,000 products is out of sync.

I don't do dropshipping, I don't set up AliExpress affiliates, and I don't sell "online store in a week for €500". If what you need is a 12-product showcase up in a week, there are cheaper options than me. But if you have a serious catalogue, growing operations, and you need the store to be a real part of your business, that's where I know how to move.

03 · How we work

How we work

  1. 01

    Catalogue and operations audit

Before any code, I review how you currently manage inventory, orders, pricing and customer data. Technical decisions like WooCommerce vs alternative, HPOS yes or no, which integrations to prioritise, all come from this.

  2. 02

    Technical architecture and theming

Environment setup (PHP 8.x, tuned MariaDB, Redis if it helps), clean child theme, essential plugins picked with judgement. Theming product/category/checkout pages on top of your brand identity, not commercial templates.

  3. 03

    Integrations and custom plugins

Connection to your ERP/CRM (REST, SOAP, file exchange), custom plugins when off-the-shelf ones come up short. Catalogue migration from your current system with repeatable scripts, not by hand.

  4. 04

    Deployment, training and support

Production push at a time that doesn't affect sales, training for your team (video + live session), and one month of support included for the real bugs that always appear in production.

05 · When we're not the right fit

When we're not the right fit

  • You want a store in a week for €500 I don't compete with cheap templates put together quickly. If that's your budget and timeline, better go with a junior freelancer or a stock Shopify.
  • You want to set up AliExpress dropshipping It's not what I do. There are entire niches and dedicated tools for that, better than anything I'd build for you.
  • You want Magento or Shopify Plus Not my stack. If your project demands a Magento for enterprise compliance, I can recommend people who do it well, but it's not me.
05 · Stack & tools

Stack & tools

  • WooCommerce (HPOS enabled by default)
  • WPML for full multilingual (products, taxonomies)
  • PHP 8.x, optimised MariaDB
  • Custom plugins: stock messaging, simple→variable converter, custom analytics columns
  • REST/SOAP integrations with the client's ERP
  • Stripe, Redsys, bank transfer, PayPal as needed
  • Plesk + Linux + object cache (Redis) when it helps
Sounds like what you need?
